♥SYAFIQAH♥  I was suppose to work morning shift today.. But i can't take the weakness and the loads at my body... I had diarrhea and a bad flu when I woke up at 5am in the morning wanting to go to work.. I told my mum dat I cant take it.. Furtheremore I told her, if I had a flu, I won't be able to report to work.. So I called the ward to inform that I'm gonna take MC today... Cuz with my bodyaches like this, I'm sure I cant take care of my patients out there... Went to d doctor's just now at 8.30am.. Told the doctor that I had, flu,cough,bodyaches and diarrhea.. he's my regular doctor who follow up my health.. he asked me what was the last thing I ate.. And I told him it was fishball noodle... And he asked me is it homemade or what.. I replied him.. No.. I ate at banquet.. And he scolded me... Blah blah blah.. I told him, I worked in hospital environment at NUH and he kept quiet.. He physically check my body.. My eyes,my tongue,my throat,my stomach,my apex beat, and all!!. And he said.. "You know right? In singapore swine flu is everywhere? so reframe from eating outside food.. reframe from drinking sweet drinks and all.. take care of yourself while working especially u are in the hospital environment.. and swine flu is.............................i'm not trying to tell u that u have H1N1..but just suspecting it.. but dun worry.. u dun have...u are just having a stomach flu..." I was like what????? I WAS SUSPECTED TO HAVE H1N1????!!!! And when he finishes his sentenced saying dat I was not diagnosed to have that swine flu.. I was relieved... Damn!! Y can't he just told me I have a stomach flu?? Instead of SUSPECTING H1N1?? Haiz... Ok...Till here den... I wanna take a rest... Wednesday, July 8, 2009

♥SYAFIQAH♥  Let me tell you what I did yesterday... Well basically not much interesting .. Haha!! I brought mum and sis to eat at Fig And olive... Cuz my mum was crving for that Fig And Olive.. So den I brought her there... It was cool and delicious and worth it for me!! Hahaha!! They serve set meals with one main course,one soft drink,one soup and one ice cream!! Hahaha... Yummy yum yum!!! After dat.. went to shopping shop shop!!! I bought two dresses which is real nice!! I loike!!! One of the dresses are the above!!!I wore that dress for a bdae party which is TODAY!!! Whose birthday party was that?? Hahaha.. It was my ex boyfriend's niece.. His mum was the one who msged me and invite me... At first, I didn wanna go cuz I'm scared dat d both of us would make such a scene (between me and Eizkandar)... Cuz last few weeks ago we had a great big fight!! But everything was back to as per normal today... But i was being kinda selfish... I'm sorry Is.. I was just too angry of what had happen to us.. So yeah... He was being nice with me today... Hahaha... His niece was the one that I REALLY MISS!!! It was his 3rd Bdae celebration... So I came with a box of present... Hahaha... Hope you like it cuttie... Happy birthday to you... ♥SYAFIQAH♥  oh well.. supposingly i have to work pm shift which was from 12.30pm till 9.30pm... at 9.30am.. sister called me to attend to diz foundation programme at 9.00am... So yeah!! I was late... She told me LAST MINUTE... Cuz she said actually she didn get the news for me to go, till the Nurse educator called her... Ok... So basically... I didn work to attend the talk.. Tmw i'm working at pm shift... Sunday off.... Monday attend the talk same goes to tuesday... so no need to work!!! yay!!! Wednesday work... But thursday.. There's no need to... Attend the last course... Hahahaha!!! Easy life yeah?? Hahaha....Anyway.. I leave mr zzz alone cuz i know i'm not a good gal.. may you have a good life ahead ok?? lol... Well... ♥SYAFIQAH♥  I really dunno what to update right here.. I was soooo exhausted taking the same two cubicles which was very very heavy.. haiz... Furthermore the NG feedings were all the same timing.. have to rush for parameters,hypocount,bathing,sponging,turning,feeding,update charts!!! uuuurrrrgggghhh!!! Even the SNs says my two cubicle were very heavy... But yet.. They put one EN.. Which happens to be me!! Urgggh!! I dun wanna talk bout this anymore cuz tommorrow is my DAY OFF!!
